Japan succession measures research institute(Location: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Emiko Honma) will hold a seminar on "How to Turn Negative Real Estate into Wealthy Real Estate and the Basics of Vacancy Countermeasures" at Shinagawa Ward General Kumin Hall (Kyurian) from February 23, 2024 (Friday, national holiday) as needed.
Inheritance and business succession planning, real estate owners are often faced with the problem of "old apartments, rental houses, and rental land (land with leasehold interest)," which are the three most common types of distressed assets. In addition, there is the "vacancy and profitability improvement" problem, which is particularly vexing.
Consulting to change these bad assets into good assets is inevitable, and we have led many problems to solutions by focusing on the inevitable and wisdom.
In this seminar, we will discuss the cases in which we have solved the three major bad asset problems in inheritance and business succession planning, and disclose the many methods we have used to transform negative assets into wealthy assets with the aim of solving the many negative asset problems that exist in society.
