Verish Corporation (Location: Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture; President: Harumasa Ueshima) announces the birth of the world's first cosmetic ingredient extracted from Kiyomi oranges grown in Ehime Prefecture, the result of a 15-year joint project with world-renowned hair and makeup designer Yasunori Shichijo.

G.H.S Legend Shampoo, a premium product containing this ingredient from the G.H.S series, which has been sold out since its launch, will officially go on sale on March 15, 2024.

Ehime Prefecture is known for its mild climate and beautiful natural environment, and the Kiyomi orange is one of its representative citrus fruits. Fifteen years ago, Mr. Yasunori Sichijo and our CEO launched this innovative project to produce the world's first cosmetic ingredient from the peel of the Kiyomi orange. Together, they explored the valuable ingredients contained in the peel of the Kiyomi orange and sought ways to utilize them in the cosmetics industry. As a result of their long years and efforts, a new cosmetic ingredient, Citrus Unshiu/Aurantium Pericarp Water, was born.
