On April 17, 2024, the Japan Beauty and Health Evidence Association (Head Office: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; President: Satoshi Kawakami), a general incorporated association that examines evidence at the request of companies with the aim of promoting cosmetics, health foods, and beauty and health devices based on scientific verification (evidence), awarded its first Gold Certification to "Pure Papular Water" manufactured by Toyo Kosei Seiyakujo Co: (Head Office: Hino City, Tokyo; President: Shoichi Wajima), was awarded the first Gold Certification for "Pure Papulal Water.

Pt/Pd nanocolloid, the raw material of Pure Papulal Water, was developed by Saburo Ishizuka, the first director of Toyo Kosei Seiyakujo, in collaboration with Dr. Hideyo Noguchi, and has a history of 88 years since its development. It is also the only one in the world with the ability to independently decompose four types of active oxygen, and has been patented as an active oxygen remover.
