Background

In 2022, the law will be revised to make it mandatory to report on prior asbestos surveys at the time of building demolition, and in 2023, asbestos surveyors will be required to be qualified. As safety standards continue to be tightened, construction companies and contractors are facing a shortage of qualified asbestos surveyors, as well as changes in work styles, making it imperative to not only improve operational efficiency, but also to improve the skills of surveyors with limited experience. We believe that this service will contribute to productivity improvement, human resource development, technical support, and ultimately safety as one of the DX services related to asbestos survey. This service will be available for hands-on experience at our booth at the 2024 NEW Environmental Exhibition.
