Produced by the food consulting group "hanninmae," this will be the 10th "Milked Drake" store in Japan (6 in Hokkaido and 4 outside of Hokkaido) and the 8th franchise store.

The "melon the Hokkaido" (420 yen including tax), available only at the Nagoya Sakurayama store on the regular menu, is a fresh doughnut blended with fresh cream from Hokkaido and the flavorful red meat melon paste from Hokkaido.

The brand uses raw milk from Sapporo Agent Farm, a farm in Mifuka-cho, Hokkaido that also serves as a training farm, with the goal of contributing to the development of Hokkaido's primary industry and the creation of a sixth industry. The first store in Hokkaido* specializing in fresh doughnuts opened in Sapporo on February 14, 2023 (Tuesday), and has been featured in the media and on social networking services, drawing lines of customers every day.　According to our own research

The pasteurized milk grown on a dairy farm in Mibuka, Hokkaido, is free of preservatives and has a rich, sweet taste. Also, various flavors of cream are prepared based on rich fresh cream made from raw milk from the Nekushiro area of Hokkaido.
