ITCS Corporation (President: Kazuhisa Fukami) changed its company name to COEL Corporation on April 27, 2024.

New company name: COEL Co.

Former company name: ITCS Co.

ITCS changed its name to COEL.

Background of the Company Name Change

ITCS was established in October 1995 and has been providing digital solutions to support back-office operations mainly for medium-sized companies.

As we approach our 30th anniversary, we will further expand and strengthen our business by leveraging our strengths in both the product service business and cloud integration business.

The name of our new company, COEL, reflects our founding desire to "exceed" the expectations of our customers.

We will continue to make a sincere effort to "contribute to the customers in front of us," create success for each and every customer and each and every company, and contribute to the growth of society as a whole.

About the new logo

The new logo is based on the "C" of COEL and the motif of a "person leaning against", with a design that moves upward to the right to express speed and growth, and to express "going beyond".

In conjunction with the name change, we will also change the names and logos of the services we provide.
