Notice of EV Motor Show (FUTURE MOBILITY ASIA) in Thailand

1. exhibition and trade show overview

Quantum FOMM Limited (hereinafter referred to as "QF"), a consolidated subsidiary of our group ("QF"), a consolidated subsidiary of the Company group, has decided to participate in an exhibition on electric vehicles (EV) to be held in Thailand from July 20 to 22, 2022.

The exhibition, titled "FUTURE MOBILITY ASIA," will be hosted by the Thai Ministry of Energy under the slogan "Plug into the growth story of future mobility in Asia," and will be held July 20-22 at the "Bangkok International The exhibition will be held at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre in Bangkok from July 20-22. According to the exhibition's official website, the venue will comprise 15,000 square meters of space, and more than 80 companies from around the world are expected to exhibit. In addition to presentations of EVs and EV-related innovations, the exhibition will also feature conferences attended by government officials and executives from related companies.

Our subsidiary QF, which has been selected to participate in the exhibition, plans to display the "FOMM ONE," which is manufactured on consignment in Thailand. (hereinafter referred to as "FOMM") at the end of January 2022, and started consignment production of the EV model "FOMM ONE" in Thailand in April.
