Atelier Haruka and Tokyu Livable co-hosted a real estate seminar for employees to promote the success of women in the beauty service industry.

■Background of Implementation

Atelier Haruka" operates 63 hair and makeup specialty stores nationwide. The company decided to hold a seminar on real estate for its employees in the hope that young women working in the service industry would acquire not only hair and makeup skills but also knowledge about real estate, and that by increasing their assets, they would become interested in their own life planning and be able to think about various ways of living.

This will be the second in-house seminar held to promote women's activities. The first was a financial seminar by Monex, Inc. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Yuko Kiyoaki) in December 2022, and seminars on investment and insurance are planned in the future. Atelier Haruka, where 90% of employees nationwide are women, will continue to implement initiatives and in-house seminars to promote women's activities.

The seminar was very useful for me because I should plan now for my future.

I have not been able to do my own research on the subject because it seemed so difficult, but the seminar was very informative and I think I should start planning now for my future. I feel more secure in knowing that Tokyu Livable can also serve as a consultation service.

The content was easy to understand even for beginners and I learned a lot! I had stopped thinking about purchasing real estate, but I would like to study it again and then think about whether or not to purchase.

I would like to learn more about real estate investment because I am ignorant about various types of investment!

It was a very good opportunity for me to think about real estate with an eye on the future.
