Andaru butlers are knowledgeable about  the Niseko area and its attractions. They will listen to your requests prior to  your stay and serve as your personal assistant to ensure seamless and  personalized trip in and out of the hotel to make your stay in Niseko truly  unique. In addition to a fully personalized trip by private limousine to Niseko  spots of your choice, we can also arrange for daily transportation to and from  the slopes in winter, massages and relaxation in comfort of your villa after a  day of skiing or snowboarding. We can also arrange private limousine shopping  in Otaru or Sapporo, snowshoeing, snow rafting, backcountry skiing, hot spring  tours in the Niseko area, snow dome tours, and much more. Niseko Day Trip with Full Private Butler Service

This is an upgraded version of "Niseko  Day Trip with Private Butler." This package includes a full-service  butler-proposed personal assistant service. Andaru butlers, who offer the  world's top-class luxury services, will serve as personal assistants and  propose an original program tailored to the time and experience that each guest  wishes to spend. In addition to arranging sightseeing and activity tours around  Niseko according to your wishes, we can also arrange a wide range of other  services, such as renting out all our six villas or hosting a private party at  ULTIMO, the hotel's Italian restaurant, under the supervision of Chef Hidemasa  Yamamoto, an internationally renowned chef. A wide range of arrangements are  available, including the holding of private parties. During your stay, you can  receive full personal assistance from a butler at any time during the time  reserved in advance.

In addition to arranging sightseeing and activity tours around Niseko  according to your wishes, we can also arrange a wide range of other services,  such as renting out all six villas or hosting a private party at ULTIMO, the  hotel's Italian restaurant, under the supervision of Chef Hidemasa Yamamoto,  who is active on the international food scene after leaving Japan at a young  age. A wide range of arrangements are available, including the holding of  private parties. During your stay, you can receive full personal assistance  from a butler at any time during the time reserved in advance.

About ULTIMO

Ultimo's Italian cuisine is based on the  concept of "serving what is the best suited to the region," which is  the root of Italian cuisine. The restaurant is fully supervised by Chef  Hidemasa Yamamoto, an internationally renowned chef, and Executive Chef Yuta  Sato, who was trained in Italy and knows how to make the best use of  ingredients. ■Supervisor:  Chef Hidemasa Yamamoto

Hidemasa Yamamoto is an internationally renowned chef and food producer. Always challenging himself to try new things, he not only pays attention to the details of the cuisine at Ultimo, but also supervises the restaurant's atmosphere. He constantly discusses and coordinates all of Ultimo's dishes, including daily changing menu, with Chef Sato to ensure the best dining experience.

■Executive Chef:  Yuta Sato

After gaining experience at many restaurants in Tokyo, including Armani/Ristorante in Ginza and Ristorante Massa in Ebisu, Chef Sato studied at ICIF in Piemonte, Italy. After graduation from the ICIF, he began working at the one-star restaurant Cavaja, where he won second prize at the World Tuna Culinary Competition held at Isola di san Pietro. After returning to Japan, he worked as a chef at various restaurants before opening his own restaurant, sacco, as an owner-chef. In 2022, he became  Ultimo Executive Chef at Andaru Collection Niseko, where he remains today.
