This is a top-class Osechi with carefully selected domestic ingredients (*except for the crab) purchased from various regions, including 340g of king crab, Ise lobster, Nagasaki's dried mullet roe, Hida beef wrapped with vegetables. This is a luxurious offering of crab and Japanese black beef. In Aichi Prefecture, where our company is headquartered, there is a tradition of eating sukiyaki at home on New Year's Eve, so the dish can be enjoyed twice: once at the end of the year with the family for sukiyaki, and once in the New Year for the crab Osechi. The meat is high-quality Japanese black beef carefully selected by Sugimoto, a long-established butcher store in Nagoya, and the king crab and queen crab together weigh a whopping 600 grams.
