(Location: Suita City, Osaka, President: Hiroki Kitayama) has released five new designs from the "FLASH Series" of PCB art goods that utilize PCB design and manufacturing technology, equipment, and design capabilities, The "FLASH iPhone 15Pro Case and 15Pro Max Case" will be available at moeco's direct sales stores and retailers from Thursday, October 26, 2023. The "FLASH Series" will be available from October 26, 2023. The main feature of the "FLASH series" is not only the intricate design of the circuit board, but also the circuit that allows LEDs to light up via radio waves.

The circuit that makes LEDs glow with radio waves is patented in 2020 (patent number 6667777).

Product Features

This is a product seriously made by a PCB professional. Designed with CAD for printed circuit boards and mounted (soldered) with electronic components on a real circuit board. We design the CAD in-house and mount the components on the surface mounting line at our main factory, which is used for our main business. The board CAD that designs the board is not design software, so lines are drawn one by one with the mouse. The wiring pattern is precisely designed with 0.1mm in fine lines. The substrate is gold-plated. After mounting electronic components, they are coated one by one by hand in a clean room (class 1000) to protect the mounted components until the resin is full of surface tension by human hands and vacuum heated. Then, air bubbles and dust on the resin surface are removed by hand. Designed and manufactured in Japan, all products are RoHS compliant (lead-free). Gift box packaging is available as a gift. Strap holes are available.

Note: For iPhone 15 series, we will release two types for 15Pro and 15Pro Max. MagSafe & Wireless Power Transfer is only available for X-Wing(TM), R2-D2(TM) and Darth Vader(TM) designs. Other designs cannot be used due to interference of wiring patterns.

＜Why does "FLASH iPhone case" shine? > "FLASH

The LEDs glow by converting the radio waves emitted by the iPhone itself into electricity and boosting the voltage. The LEDs do not glow during normal operation, but glow randomly when the iPhone emits strong radio waves. The glowing mechanism is that the antenna circuit on the back side of the board catches strong radio waves emitted by the iPhone and circulates them to the front side of the board. There is only one LED. The circuit that makes the LED glow with radio waves was patented in 2020 (patent number 6667777).

FLASH X-WING iPhone case

The "FLASH X-WING Substrate Art iPhone Case" features a single red LED mounted on the position part where R2-D2 boards the plane, which glows without batteries. The X-WING(TM) design was also designed using approximately 70,000 lines on a circuit board CAD system. The wiring pattern is precisely designed with fine lines of 0.1mm.
