Denshi Gihan Co. (Location: Suita-shi, Osaka, President: Hiroki Kitayama) has released "Gundam (RX-78-2), Zaku for Char (MS-06S), Last Shooting, Unicorn Gundam Ver.TWC(RX-0) "FLASH Substrate Art 15Pro Case and 15Pro Max Case" will be available at moeco direct sales stores and retailers from November 15, 2023 (Wednesday). The main feature of the "FLASH series" is not only the intricate design of the circuit board, but also the circuit that allows LEDs to light up via radio waves. The circuit that makes LEDs glow with radio waves is patented in 2020 (patent number 6667777).

FLASH Zaku for Char - Substrate Art iPhone 15Pro Case
Product Features
This is a product seriously made by PCB professionals. Designed with CAD for printed circuit boards, electronic parts are mounted (soldered) on real circuit boards. We design the CAD in-house and mount the components on the surface mounting line at our main factory, which is used for our main business. The board CAD that designs the board is not design software, so lines are drawn one by one with the mouse. The fine lines are precisely designed with a wiring pattern of 0.1 mm. The substrate is gold-plated. After mounting electronic components, they are coated one by one by hand in a clean room (class 1000) to protect the mounted components until the resin is full of surface tension by human hands and vacuum heated. Then, air bubbles and dust on the resin surface are removed by hand. Designed and manufactured in Japan, all products are RoHS compliant (lead-free). Gift box packaging is available as a present.

＜Why does the "FLASH iPhone case" shine? > "FLASH
The LEDs glow by converting the radio waves emitted by the iPhone itself into electricity and boosting the voltage. The LEDs do not glow during normal operation, but glow randomly when the iPhone emits strong radio waves. The glowing mechanism is that the antenna circuit on the back side of the board catches strong radio waves emitted by the iPhone and circulates them to the front side of the board. There is only one LED. The circuit that makes the LED glow with radio waves was patented in 2020 (patent number 6667777).

FLASH Gundam Substrate Art iPhone case is designed with a precise Gundam perspective drawing. The LED mounted on the TV camera for the sighting device glows without batteries. In the Gundam design, a total of 27 electronic components are mounted, including a 2mm red LED in the TV camera for the sighting device.
