VISH Corporation (Location: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, CEO: Hiroyuki Tabuchi) released a case study of After-School Childcare Club Rumuz (Location: Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture), which introduced the "School Age Childcare Support System" developed and provided by VISH on December 11, 2023 (Monday).

About "After-School Children's Club Rooms

The parent company, Sagami Tsubasa Kindergarten, is a certified kindergarten in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

After School Children's Club Rooms" is an after-school children's club that started in September 2021.

The club is open to all children who are enrolled in elementary school, regardless of whether they are in or out of the city. Capacity of 20 children per day.

The club has a program of activities for each day of the week, and the day of use can also be selected based on the content of the activities.

・Active efforts are also made for out-of-school activities (extracurricular activities)

Reason for introduction

We had been using another company's system, but we were having trouble sending out notices and notifications, and also having trouble receiving communications from parents. The system itself was designed for kindergartens, so we thought it was not suitable for after-school children's clubs.

I was having trouble with this when an acquaintance told me about it.

What is the School-Age Childcare Support System?

The "School-Age Childcare Support System" is a low-cost cloud service that contributes to the digitalization of communication methods for parents, centered on child management, and to reforms in the work styles of teachers and staff.

As of December 2023, the system is in use at more than 2,400 facilities nationwide, including kindergartens, nursery schools, certified childcare centers, and school-age childcare facilities. (Excluding cancellations and closures)
