Electric Kickboard Compatible with New Vehicle Classification J-STEP NS-K500W to be Exhibited at OSAKA MOBILITY SHOW 2023

Nissho Global Corporation (Location: Nishinari-ku, Osaka; President: Tomoyuki Matsushima), which handles automobile-related goods, will exhibit its J-STEP NS-K500W electric kickboard for "specified small motorized bicycles" (hereinafter "specified mopeds"), a new vehicle category created in accordance with the revision of the Road Traffic Law effective July 1, 2023. (J-STEP NS-K500W) will be exhibited at the "OSAKA MOBILITY SHOW 2023" to be held at INTEX Osaka from December 8 to 11, 2012. During the show, world-renowned automobile manufacturers will gather under the theme of "Go! Future: The Future of Automobiles. Nissho Global Corporation will be exhibiting its proposal for micromobility, a hot topic today, as a means of transportation for the future.

Outline of Exhibit

The "specified mopeds" have been tested for several years as a near-future mobility device that can be ridden casually as cars and motorcycles are shifting from engines to electric vehicles and other forms of mobility. With the cooperation of a manufacturer that also manufactures testing equipment for automobile parts, we have completed a micromobility that places the highest priority on safety, running stability, and practicality.

The J-STEP NS-K500W (JATA-0021), an electric kickboard that can be driven on public roads without the need for a license or helmet, has passed a strict performance verification inspection and conforms to safety standards by the Japan Automobile Transport Association (JATA), an inspection body authorized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. LSR Liquid Silicone Relax Mat

We will exhibit actual car seat relaxation mats and backrests made of the highest quality liquid silicone, which is also used in medical devices. The mats are made of tasteless, odorless, harmless liquid silicone with excellent elasticity and durability, and are three-dimensionally molded to fit the body.

The J-STEP NS-K500W electric kickboard on display at this year's show features 10-inch tires, front and rear damping dampers, front and rear disc brakes, a high-power 500W/48V motor, a high-capacity 13,000mA battery, and wide steps, and is designed for driving comfort and safety with no compromise. The design emphasizes driving comfort and safety with no compromises.

In terms of functionality, the vehicle features three different maximum speed modes, an alarm-type anti-theft security function, electronic key lock via remote control, and a cruise control function that allows the vehicle to maintain any desired speed without the need for throttle operation. The car is equipped with all of these features and more, but at a thoroughly reduced cost.

It will be available at a suggested retail price of 115,000 yen (126,500 yen including tax).
