In order to transmit the charm of Kyoto through the traditional industry of Kyo-yuzen, we will again this year release "SOO's New Year's greeting card 2024," a New Year's greeting card that can be sent by regular mail, seriously produced by a Kyo-yuzen dyeing company. This year, with the cooperation of Yogenin Temple, we produced "okuru Ofuki mini" with the design of "White Elephant" by Tawaraya Sotatsu, which is in the collection of Yogenin Temple. Smartphone wipes made of Kyo Yuzen hand-dyed silk, for which prayers were offered at Yogenin, will be sold in a package that can be sent as a New Year's greeting card.

On Friday, December 1, "SOO's New Year's greeting card, Yogenin pattern" dyed at Yogenin in Higashiyama, Kyoto, was prayed for in the presence of Kyoto City, Japan Post Corporation, and Seven-Eleven Japan Co.

The cards will be sold in limited quantities at 217 post offices in Kyoto City, approximately 22 Seven-Eleven stores in Kyoto City (tentative), and at Yogenin Temple from December 15 (Fri.) to January 15 (Mon.) (tentative). 5% of the sales will be donated by SOO to the Kyoto City Industrial Promotion Fund to be used for the promotion of traditional industries. (*Some stores may not carry the product.)

<Development background
