Background of Service Expansion
AAA Consulting has the following four service centers as part of its BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) business.
Leasing Center, which specializes in recruiting new tenants
Customer Centers, which specialize in tenant services
Repair Center, which specializes in handling repairs
The Business Support Center, which specializes in application and contract administration
Of these, the Leasing Center has expanded its operations since its establishment, primarily handling inquiries from real estate brokerage firms, and in recent years has received an increasing number of requests to respond to inquiries about parking facilities.
In recent years, we have received an increasing number of requests for parking lot-related inquiries. While we had been providing a minimal level of service in response to these requests, a major sublease company in the parking lot industry took the opportunity to entrust us with their business, leading us to establish a new team specializing in handling parking lot rentals, and we are now officially expanding our services.
Main Services
The Leasing Center's main focus was on B-to-B operations, responding to inquiries from real estate brokerage firms, but most inquiries about rental parking facilities come from general customers, making it a B-to-C service.
In addition, unlike rental condominiums, the majority of inquiries are from customers who do not have a clear name or detailed address for the parking lot. Inquiries from brokers require a different level of expertise and knowledge than those received from conventional agencies, so we have a dedicated team to respond to these inquiries.
In addition to availability inquiries, we also handle post-contract inquiries and delinquent payment reminders.
