This is the sixth event in the "Mana Vison" project, a unique "learning" event unique to VISON. This time, a veterinarian from anTERRACE animal shelter will conduct a simple health check and walking check, and you will learn about how to take care of your animal's health and what to watch out for in your daily life. This is a hands-on program that you and your dog can participate in together, where an anTERRACE veterinarian will perform a simple health check and walking style check, and you can learn about how to take care of your animal's physical condition and what to watch out for in your daily life. Afterwards, you can enjoy a walk in the forest guided by kiond staff. Unlike the usual walking paths, you can refresh yourself with an unusual walk through the forest, stepping on soil and fallen leaves. The event will be held in a forest square, where you can also take a short break and talk with veterinarians about your daily concerns.

■Part 1: "Exploring the secrets of Japanese food that is attracting attention from around the world: Japanese vison "Kura" x kiond

From a "kura" that handles miso, soy sauce, mirin, vinegar, kombu, and dried bonito flakes, which are important elements of Japanese food, participants will learn how each is produced and effectively used through quizzes and hands-on experience. This was followed by a hands-on program to make chopsticks, an essential part of Japanese cuisine, from domestic wood. The next program is scheduled to be held on February 4 (Sunday).

A hands-on program to enjoy in the forest. The lecturer will be from the Isekuni Taki branch of Sardahiko Coffee, and participants will learn how to brew delicious drip coffee and compare different types of roasting. In addition, participants can try their hand at making a fire and enjoy a real outdoor experience with nothing to bring with them.

Eating rice gruel with the seven herbs on January 7 is a uniquely Japanese custom. The seven herbs are said to ward off evil spirits because they are the first to sprout in early spring, and the rice porridge has been eaten to pray for good health for the whole family. It also serves as a way to relieve the stomach after eating many feasts during the year-end and New Year's holidays. In this event, you can enjoy the special "Japanese-Spanish" seven herbs porridge supervised by Mr. Ryo Nakatake, head chef of IZURUN, a certified Spanish restaurant, outdoors in a rich natural setting.

Since 2000, D&DEPARTMENT has been collecting usable paper bags from users and affixing logo stickers on them for use as recycled shoppers. Participants will learn about D&DEPARTMENT's concept of "lifestyle culture" through the experience of decorating paper bags to bring them back to life and baking "d-dora," dorayaki made with Mie ingredients.

Special Mitarashi dumplings made with the secret sauce of Ise Shoyu Honpo (soy sauce brewery) and Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) VIRIN de ISE (mirin brewery). The dumplings are slowly grilled over a charcoal fire to your own liking. This is a gastronomic experience unique to VISON, where you can experience Japanese food culture and become familiar with fire.
