RECBEE Corporation (Head office: Seto-shi, Aichi; President: Koichi Masuda) will exhibit at the Japan Camper Car Show 2024 (February 2-5 at Makuhari Messe) a "Fine Bubble Water Generator" for campers jointly developed with Evove Technology Corporation (Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture), a "New Lithium-Ion Battery" developed by J-Tech Co. (headquartered in Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture), and a new concept seat cover for the Hiace, the "Sweetable Seat Supporter" will be exhibited.

Camping vehicles are attracting attention as emergency evacuation shelters, and demand is increasing for our model, which is equipped with a shower room and air conditioning while maintaining a van-like appearance.

By enhancing the fine bubble water generator and storage capacity, we plan to make the model more user-friendly and resilient to emergencies.

Combined with our model with shower room, it enables hand and body washing without using soap. It can be used effectively for ordinary overnight stays and outdoor activities, as well as in the event of a disaster.

≪Overview of the device

Joint development of a downsized device for campers

・Water containing 700 million bubbles per milliliter (using tap water)

・Dirt on the body can be removed with a light rubbing.

・Reduction of slime on hoses and sinks in campers.

・Effective in controlling bacteria, mold, odors, and allergens around water

Can be used effectively when washing pets (without using shampoo)

Repeatedly absorbs and discharges water in the tank to generate fine bubbles in a stable manner.

In the future, we plan to develop a "disaster relief vehicle" that can be self-contained entirely on its own, combining a fine bubble water generator with a shower room and other equipment.

■High-performance lithium-ion batteries

The new lithium-ion battery developed by JTEKT Corporation (headquartered in Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture) has been adopted for the first time in a camper. It is installed in the new Lexby Isola. In the future, we plan to expand the use of this battery to other models equipped with household air conditioners.

Stable charging and discharging even at low temperatures

Nanocarbon tubes are added to the positive electrode to align the orientation of crystals applied to the positive electrode and improve conductivity.

Carbon nanofullerenes are attached to the anode for more effective electron capture.

Safety, stability, and high performance are achieved by increasing the efficiency of electron transfer between the cathode and anode.

Extends the cooling operation time of our home air conditioners from about 6 hours to about 9 hours (actual measured value).

The new "Lexbee Isola" will be the first model to be equipped with the air conditioner.

New concept seat cover "Sweetable Seat Supporter

This is a seat cover specially designed for the Hiace and features a 3D molded seat cover that provides a moderate hold and soft, enveloping comfort. The back spine is made of a soft material and the side supports are made of a hard material, allowing for a more comfortable driving experience. You can actually sit on it at the Japan Camper Show.

≪Outline of the product

This is a seat cover specialized for the Hiace, and all of them are original.

Designed with consideration for getting in and out from the high seat surface, which is unique to the Hiace.

・Urethane with super soft material that wraps around the spine to reduce fatigue.

The fabric is tough and tear-resistant.

The side supports are also hard enough to release the "swaying" of the vehicle, ensuring freedom in driving posture.
