Conducted innovative leadership development seminars through industry-academia collaboration

The Japan Action Learning Association (Minato-ku: Representative: Fumiyo Seimiya), a non-profit organization, in collaboration with Konan Women's University (Kobe: President Noriko Akimoto) and the University Consortium Hyogo Kobe (Kobe: President Itsuko Nakai), will hold a leadership development seminar for students and adults in Hyogo Prefecture. The seminar will be held in collaboration with the University Consortium Hyogo Kobe (Kobe City: President Itsuko Nakai). The purpose of this seminar is to revitalize the local community through industry-academia collaboration and to develop leadership for the new era.

Features of the Seminar
A place of diversity and cooperation: Students, business people, economic organization staff, and university staff from Hyogo Prefecture will come together to provide an environment where participants with diverse backgrounds can learn from each other.
Practical Leadership Education: Students enhance their leadership skills through practical certification sessions, while working professionals develop problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute in teams.
Action Learning: Participants will have the opportunity to transform their own and their organization's awareness and behavior through "Question Conferences" using the association's signature action learning approach.

This opportunity for participants from different generations and diverse backgrounds to learn together toward a single goal is a model for leadership development in the new era. On the day of the event, students who have been trained in the classroom will serve as AL coaches in pursuit of certification as student action learning coaches.
