Masashi Matsumoto is the President of S.I.P.H Entertainment Japan, Inc. and a director, scriptwriter and artist.

He has created numerous entertainment shows mainly for major theme parks, creating new values of experience. He also specializes in scenography using people, and has created more than 1,000 entertainment shows to date, and in FY2023, the number of permanent shows he has created nationwide reached 3,000 performances (including ATMOS). In total, the company has attracted more than 1 million guests in total.
