＜The cat decoration is special only for this time of year.

This decoration cake is designed to look like a cute tortoiseshell cat, with a special cream made by blending two types of cream in a unique golden ratio. Two layers of sponge dough, which is adjusted according to temperature and humidity and baked to the perfect degree of doneness through the experience of our artisans, are sandwiched between two layers of rich strawberries. Each cake is made by artisans with care and attention to detail.
