The "Nihon no ichiban ichiban desu kaisha" award is an award system sponsored by the Institute for Small and Medium Enterprise Research, Hosei University Graduate School and the Society for Human Resource Management(R), which was started to increase the number of companies that are conducting "management that makes people happy," which companies should really cherish.

People" in this context means

The five "people" here are (1) employees and their families, (2) subcontractors and suppliers, (3) customers, (4) local communities, and (5) shareholders.

The main reasons for the award are as follows

1) Proactive efforts to directly (5.6%) and indirectly (2.5 million yen) employ people with disabilities

2) The company plans and manufactures high value-added products other than picture and photo frames.

3) The company does not pursue sales and scale, but aims to maintain long-lasting business relationships with many customers.

For some time, we have been working toward our goal of winning the "Japan's Most Valuable Company" award. It is a great pleasure for me to receive this award. I would like to thank all the employees, their families, consultants, and financial institutions that support Aruna.
