DENBA Technology Offers New Solution for Fertility Treatment Significant Improvements in Pregnancy and Delivery Rates (live birth rates) for IVF Embryo Transfer

DENBA JAPAN, in collaboration with Kamijo Women's Clinic (Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture; Director: Takanori Kamijo), has conducted joint research on the improvement of the culture environment for culturing fertilized eggs (embryos) in the field of fertility treatment. We have demonstrated an improvement in the pregnancy rate and delivery rate (live birth rate) of IVF embryo transfers and frozen embryo transfers.

Kamijo DENBA Space Culture Method
At Kamijo Women's Clinic, our DENBA technology was proven to minimize damage to the embryonic cells of fertilized eggs and maximize the potential of each egg by culturing embryos in a DENBA environment, freezing and thawing them, and performing other embryonic operations. Compared to the 21% pregnancy rate and 15% delivery rate for IVF embryo transfers in Japan as a whole, the Kamijo Women's Clinic, which uses the Kamijo DENBA space culture method, has achieved a 54% pregnancy rate and 29% delivery rate per embryo transfer since March 2022 after introducing the DENBA environment. The frozen-thawed embryo transfer also showed a 32% increase in pregnancy rate and a 54% increase in delivery rate compared to the pre-implementation period.
In order to contribute to the improvement of infertility treatment, which is a global and contemporary issue, we intend to conduct further research and studies using the Kamijo DENBA space culture method, and to develop and disseminate it worldwide in the future.
Kamijo Women's Clinic presented at the Japanese Society for Reproductive Medicine (November 9-10, 2023) that the pregnancy and delivery rates of frozen-thawed embryos have dramatically improved as a result of improvements in the culture environment using DENBA technology.
What is DENBA technology?
DENBA technology creates a low-potential space (electric field space) using unique electrical energy, and causes water molecules contained in living organisms and the atmosphere in that space to vibrate finely at low frequencies. The vibration makes the water molecule clusters finer, preserves freshness, and even suppresses the generation of bacteria.
