The Yokohama branch, the fourth following the Chiba, Funabashi, and Tachikawa branches, will offer a variety of egg and rice dishes, as well as "neo-Japanese" cuisine that is visually appealing. For lunch, we offer a set meal style menu with about 10 different types of dishes, and for dinner, we offer an extensive drink menu unique to an izakaya (Japanese style bar). The restaurant can be used for a variety of occasions throughout the day.

During the day, warm sunlight pours in through the large windows, while dinner is illuminated by soft warm-colored lights.
The image changes completely between daytime and nighttime, so we hope you will visit the restaurant at least once during both times.
Interior
One of the most attractive points of the interior is the attention to detail, such as the noren (bamboo blinds), the egg objet d'art decorated with egg-shaped objects, the design incorporating squares that can be associated with rice to look like eggs and rice grains, the lights that look like bird cages, and bales, etc. The restaurant's interior is also very attractive.
Let us introduce you to several items on the lunch menu!
First is the "Tamago Teishoku" (egg set meal), where you can enjoy eggs to your heart's content.
You can enjoy a pure white "Dashi-maki-tamago" (rolled egg) made with "Yoneyama" eggs that are white to the yolk, or pure white "Tamago-kake-gohan" (rice with egg) served directly over rice.
The fried chicken, pickles, miso soup, and other side dishes will keep you coming back for more, and you can enjoy the egg over rice with cod roe, kimchi, or any other dish you like.

Next is the Kakuni-don, a very popular menu item at existing restaurants.
The Kakuni, which weighs approximately 300 grams, is a visual masterpiece, with a flavor soaked in sweet and spicy Hatcho miso sauce and a texture so soft and tender that it will make you smile.
The sweet and spicy seasoning and just the right amount of fat from the carefully processed meat will make your rice go further, allowing you to finish the dish easily despite its generous portion.

And yakisoba noodles topped with plenty of beef and dipped in egg.
The yakisoba noodles are soaked in the sweet and spicy sukiyaki sauce flavor, and the beef on top of the noodles is dipped into the egg together with the noodles.
The classic sauce-flavored yakisoba is also delicious, but once you try this dish, it will become your "go-to yakisoba" dish, and you will have to repeat it.
The sukiyaki-style seasoning makes it a perfect match for rice, and the immoral combination of carbohydrate and carbohydrate is also irresistible.

The large piece of meat is served with homemade tartar sauce and is so big that it is hard to lift with chopsticks!
The crispy texture and delicious homemade tartar sauce will fill your mouth with happiness.
