Axcel Corporation (headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Toshihiro Okamoto, President) has released version 6.1.0 of OnTime Group Calendar for Microsoft, a high-speed group scheduler that works in conjunction with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams (hereinafter referred to as "OnTime for Microsoft"), a high-speed group scheduler that works with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams, on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. The "name format" is the three lines of user information displayed with the name in the main view and user search. It has been possible to prepare multiple "Name Formats" for each language, etc., and by using Exchange's custom attributes, it is possible to use Japanese and English names for not only the name but also the department, etc. For each of the first three lines of the display, one attribute from the Microsoft 365 contact information could be specified for each line. However, we have received requests to display particles (floor, name, etc.), departments and job titles side by side, and other issues unique to the Japanese language. In this version, you can now select "Extended Formatting" to combine multiple attributes and add fixed character strings such as particles. As a result, you can now use a format that is easy to understand even with a single line, such as department and title, meeting room name and capacity, building name and number of floors, and so on.

■Expansion of Direct Open URL function

OnTime for Microsoft Teams, a standard feature of OnTime, has been able to dynamically select and display schedules for only the channel members of a team within Microsoft Teams and also use various OnTime functions. We have received further requests from users who want to be able to launch the OnTime client with designated members from non-Microsoft applications such as CRM, Slack, Zoom, etc., just as OnTime for Microsoft Teams does. In this version, we have extended the function to launch the OnTime client by specifying various parameters after the URL to open the OnTime client so that it can be used in various scenarios including the above. The parameters that can be specified are as follows

1. view design (view type, number of weeks, start and end time, weekend display, etc.)

2. members to be displayed in the view (multiple user addresses or existing display group)

3. display month and date

4. create a new event or edit an existing event
