This endowed course is based on the deep capability of the Matsushita Institute of Government and Management, which has been committed to fostering politicians engaged in national management and executives engaged in corporate management, and discusses the nature of leadership required in Japan in the 21st century from various perspectives, and encourages students to learn and practice leadership and cross-boundary skills autonomously. About Keio University and Konosuke Matsushita
