Profile of Representative

Shinichi Aoki

Shinichi Aoki was born in 1969.

After graduating from Doshisha University, Faculty of Law in March 1991, he joined The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co. Over the past 30 years, he has worked in real estate brokerage, real estate investment, corporate finance, human resources, and real estate planning departments. He became the youngest person to be appointed as the head of the Real Estate Department. He has also served as a member of the National Taxation Bureau's roadside land price evaluation committee and as a member of the Real Estate Securitization Association of Japan. In 2019, he established Japan Real Estate Partners, Inc. and assumed the position of Representative Director.
