The 10 tsubo (approx. 1,000 square meters) restaurant will be decorated with 8,000 cherry blossoms and approximately 1,000 LED bulbs to recreate a fantastic springtime scene decorated with cherry blossoms and illuminations.

The bar opened as a bar in July 2014, but in response to the growing need for non-alcoholic drinks, it was reopened as the "Night Cafe SUN Tama Bar" in October 2023 with a much larger non-alcoholic menu and the concept of "a place that can be enjoyed by both drinkers and non-drinkers alike. Even before the renewal, the café menu had already been expanded to include a wide variety of drinks.

The bar had already been offering "CAFE STYLE Cocktails," original cocktails similar to those on the café menu before the renewal, but of the more than 80 cocktails on the menu, more than 40 recipes have been reconstructed so that they can be served in non-alcoholic form. The sweets menu has also been expanded and transformed from a "café-like bar" to a "café where you can also enjoy alcoholic beverages.

The restaurant's interior decorations and illumination change with the seasons (spring / cherry blossoms, summer / Milky Way, fall / autumn leaves, etc.), creating a fantastic atmosphere that varies from season to season, allowing customers to enjoy an extraordinary experience.
