What is "Ofuki mini"?

Ofuki mini" is a smartphone wipe made of silk and dyed in Kyoto Yuzen. After dyeing a plain white kimono fabric, a 13cm x 8cm pattern designed for a smartphone wipe is dyed by hand by a real Kyo Yuzen craftsman through exactly the same process as that used to produce a kimono. The edges of the fabric are cut by hand with scissors that cut the edges of kimono fabric, matching the pattern. The packaging is also carefully designed for "Ofuki mini," using "Tato-gami" paper, which is used to protect kimono from moisture when storing them.
