About the First Assist Man Project
This is a project to make it possible for business to balance young people to leave the construction industry with a sustainable life balance of not giving up on their dreams. YUKI SATO and KAWAMURA KOGYO will assist a "new way of working" that enables dual work as an actor and a plasterer and provides a synergistic effect of self-improvement through multiple jobs rather than a side job.

YUKI SATO's vision of a dual career
Background
While working as an actor and a trainer for actors, Yuki Sato wanted to expand the work options for students taking lessons. The acting career often requires sudden auditions and rehearsals, and people often make a living through flexible part-time jobs. I came up with the idea that the construction "plastering and earthwork industry" could be one of the daytime jobs for the future of young people who have difficulty finding a job in their hands. I consulted with the president of a construction company, who was an old acquaintance of mine, and he introduced me to Kawamura Kogyo.
Thus began a project to assist aspiring actors in their dual careers as plasterers.
