Chocolatier Masard, a chocolate specialty store in Sapporo (operated by Masard Co., Ltd.; located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo; Representative Director: Ken Furuya), will start selling limited edition products and cakes suitable for Mother's Day from April 15, 2024 (Monday) at Chocolatier Masard's main store, Sapporo Mitsukoshi store, Daimaru Sapporo store, New Chitose Airport Departure Lobby Store, New Chitose Airport Gate Lounge Store, COCONO SUSUKINO Store, and online store.

The new lineup includes the signature "Chocolat Brownie" with its addictive "crispy" texture, "Palette Sablé" and a special Mother's Day cake design, all of which are sure to please your mother.

About Chocolat Brownie

Chocolat Brownie Noir" coated with our most popular original black chocolate won the "Honorary President's Award," the highest award at the 27th National Confectionary Exposition in 2017. This product was created to make effective use of the scraps of brownie that are left over from the brownie production process, instead of discarding them. The brownie is baked twice and coated with original chocolate. The walnuts in the brownie give it a "crunchy" texture.

The original milk chocolate "Chocolat Brownie Lactée" is also available.
