HINODE FALAFEL is a Middle Eastern restaurant in Chigasaki, Japan, created by Hiroyuki Saito, former chef of SAWAMURA, which has been loved by many celebrities in Tokyo and Karuizawa.

The "HINODE FALAFEL Franchise Development Project" is fully supported by "Tono-ami," a seine fishing company with a 140-year history in the Enoshima area.

In addition, Mr. Mitsuzuka of "Goodman Coffee," which boasts great popularity in the Enoshima area, and Mr. Kinoshita, who is well known in the wine industry as "wine crazy," participated in this project and helped to make this project a success.
