Mother's Day Moment Tea Party

In conjunction with Mother's Day, SunnyHills at Minami-Aoyama (Minato-ku, Tokyo) will hold "Mother's Day Moment Tea Party" on May 11 (Sat) and 12 (Sun).

For mothers who are always working hard to provide for others, we have planned a time for them to treat themselves with a cup of tea and a cup of sweets for a moment.

This will be the first time for Sunny Hills to invite an outside tea master for a tea party at our store in Japan. Ms. Yukari Takeuchi, a tea blender, will be brewing tea for us. Please enjoy a relaxing time in a space one level above the hospitality floor, which is not usually open to the public.

We welcome you to join us as a gift from a husband to his wife, from a family member to his mother for some alone time, or from a mother to herself as a reward. All participants will be given sweets from Sunny Hills to take home as a souvenir.

She blends tea leaves and medicinal herbs with the power of the land and the individuality of the tea growers she encounters during her fieldwork in Japan and abroad, and blends them according to the season. After working at a long-established Japanese tea store, he studied Taiwanese tea under Mr. Xie Xiaochun. She was impressed by the taste of Taiwanese tea and learned about the endless varieties and depth of Taiwanese tea. She occasionally assists chefs and is impressed by the interesting harmony between tea and food/confectionery.
