MADE IN JAPAN apparel brand UNFOLK POPUP STORE to be held in Kuramae, Tokyo from April 27

UNFOLK (Location: Tokyo, Designer: Katsumi Miki), an apparel brand that values Japanese craftsmanship and produces all of its products in Japan, will open its first store at Boon Life Base (Location: Kuramae, Tokyo), a shirt factory that has cooperated in the project on the support purchase site "Make The POPUP STORE will be held from April 27 (Sat) to May 6 (Mon), 2024 at Boon Life Base (Location: Kuramae, Tokyo).

Background of the POPUP STORE

UNFOLK, a company that values "MADE IN JAPAN", wants to support and boost Japanese sewing factories and create an opportunity to think about the future of made in Japan together with everyone. We have teamed up with a new shirt factory "Hari Co. We have prepared as a return for your support, 2-way shirts designed by UNFOLK and sewn by Hari, and a tour of the Hari sewing factory.

Thankfully, the project goal was reached in just one hour. Additional production was urgently needed, and the final result exceeded 500% of the goal. After the project ended, we continued our close relationship and are pleased to announce that we will be holding a POPUP STORE at Boon life Base, the first store operated by Hari Co.

About Boon Life Base

Boon life Base is a lifestyle store that will hold its grand opening on April 26, 2024 (Friday), and will promote the craftsmanship of the Banshu production area in Hyogo Prefecture.

Bansan Corporation, which operates the shop, is a textile manufacturer that has been in business for 50 years. In 2023, the company will launch a sewing factory and establish an integrated production system from fabric to clothing. In 2024, a new store will be established to revitalize the Banshu area and take a new step forward for the production area.

We will convey the charm of "made in banshu" through our own factory brand apparel products and local specialties.
