As president of Handy Network International Corporation., Tetsuro Haruyama has grown the business of training and introducing Indonesians with specified skilled worker (nursing care) to the nursing care industry, and has established a relationship of trust with Indonesian Japanese language schools and the Migrant Workers Protection Agency (BP2MI). In addition, while the turnover rate of specified skilled foreign caregivers is generally said to be 10.5%, Handy Network International has achieved a high retention rate of 0.8% for the personnel it has introduced.

Utilizing this knowledge, Mr. Haruyama will focus on introducing and supporting the retention of personnel in the hotel and food service fields.
