Demand for the stage "Yureru

TOKYOBUZA is an organization that focuses on lessons and stages that are easy to understand even for those unfamiliar with the arts, based on the concept of "bringing art into everyday life. In fact, the results of a survey show that nearly 80% of the stage visitors are working in the general public. This year's stage will also offer a friendly artistic experience and extraordinary surprises for such people.

Features

This production will be composed by Masaru Ikejima, who created the dance scene under director Yukio Ninagawa from 2010 to 2016, and Fuka, who performed in productions under dancer Toru Shimazaki for 10 years.

The dancers will be professional dancers such as Kaede, who has over 20,000 total followers, and San. who has performed in fashion shows and movies for COMME des GARCONS, Yohji Yamamoto, ISSEY MIYAKE, etc. This is a full-scale stage.

Which is right, the self in the dream or the self when you wake up? is the theme of the show, with an original script that depicts a fantasy that adults can enjoy.

Story

In a dream, "Mpamido gum" is distributed at a certain place, where it has a strong effect of happiness, and people can be reborn as their ideal selves. The gum is a captive of the people, and they are all enjoying the pleasure of their own dreams. The maker of Mpamido gum, Dainoji, has a longing to fly in a balloon made of the gum in addition to making people happy, and he is about to gather enough balloons when an accident occurs: the airflow is disturbed by the outpouring of dreams and the balloon explodes. People's ideals become mixed up, and soon they become indistinguishable from reality. Will the dreams just disappear?
