INFINITE OCEAN
Infinite Ocean (Representative: Rei Ryan), a Hawaii real estate company, will hold the "DELIS x INFINITE OCEAN 2nd Hawaii Workshop" on July 17, 2024 (Wednesday) to introduce the latest Hawaii real estate trends and recommended properties, and to explain tax-saving measures through depreciation.
The 1st Hawaii Workshop was held at "THE MAGARIGAWA CLUB" and was well received.
In commemoration of the first anniversary of the opening of La Bella Waikiki in Honolulu in August 2023, which is operated by our group company, we will invite you to a private dinner at La Bella da Ochi'i, the famous Italian restaurant in Honolulu where reservations are the most sought after in Japan.
In addition to the dinner, we will introduce the latest Hawaii real estate news and invite a tax accountant who specializes in asset tax to give a seminar on tax effects that will be useful in the future.

Born in 1965. After graduating from Waseda University, he worked for a British securities company. He is a certified tax accountant.
His areas of expertise are inheritance tax, transfer tax, and asset tax based on corporate reorganization taxation. In particular, he specializes in business succession and inheritance planning utilizing real estate. He has provided consultation to many landowners, publicly traded companies, and owners of unlisted companies.
