In recent years, with the spread of telework and cloud services, the shortage of security personnel, and cyber attacks using generated AI, there is an urgent need to strengthen security and reduce operational burdens. In response to these market changes, Microsoft Copilot for Security, which supports security operations with generative AI, is now available. Microsoft Copilot for Security.
As a participant in Microsoft's Early Access Program (EAP), Lack has been accumulating know-how on the use of Microsoft Copilot for Security since before its official release. With this know-how, our experienced engineers will support the use of Microsoft Copilot for Security in a way that meets the challenges of our customers.

In addition to the security know-how accumulated by LAC, we provide customers with knowledge on how to use Microsoft Copilot for Security, which we were one of the first companies in Japan to implement in the operation of its IT services.
Support for rapid operational start-up
Microsoft Copilot for Security has two types of functions: functions that can be used immediately after installation, which are built into services such as Defender XDR, and functions that enable more advanced use of the text (prompts). We support smooth implementation from the initial stage, including how to use each function, how to use prompts to streamline operations, and proposals for operation automation combined with Azure Logic Apps and other functions.
Continuous support for operations even after the start of use
Security operations require continuous improvement to keep up with the latest developments, and Microsoft Copilot for Security is no different, with new features and changes scheduled on a regular basis. We continuously support your security operations by regularly reporting the latest information and responding to questions.
Prior to the release of this service, Lack and Trust Base Corporation (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Satoshi Tanaka, CEO), a Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group company, conducted a joint demonstration experiment to improve the efficiency of advanced security operations by using Microsoft Copilot for Security. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Director, CEO: Satoshi Tanaka).
Both companies participated in the Microsoft Copilot for Security EAP and conducted practical cyber-attack experiments using the Breach and Attack Simulation (BAS) tool and Microsoft Sentinel, which automates security operations for cloud environments in the enterprise. We also experimented with practical cyber-attacks using the BAS (Breach and Attack Simulation) tool. We will continue to strengthen our efforts to upgrade security operations, realize rapid incident response using AI, and examine solutions to the shortage of security personnel.
