SENSEofFUN Corporation (Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takumi Takahashi), a media production company, has announced on the crowdfunding site "CAMPFIRE" that actress Etsuko Ichihara (1936-2019) loved "Henohenomoheji" composed by Toshigo Miki, a storyteller of the Showa Sanriku tsunami The project started on May 21 and has reached 100% of its goal in 6 days. The project will continue until June 30, 2024 (Sun.) at 23:59, with the next goal of 100 supporters.

The main purpose of this project

All proceeds from CD sales (scheduled to be released in early August 2024) will be used to purchase water purifiers that can be used during evacuations, and will be donated to evacuation centers throughout Japan (in order of smallest to largest).

Music "Henohenomoheji" provided by Toshigo Miki

Studied composition, arrangement, and saxophone at Conservatory of Vienna and Berklee College of Music. Joined Tatsuya Takahashi & Tokyo Union Orchestra as a saxophonist and arranger, and won the Jazz Disc Award two years in a row for "Nordic Suite" in 1977 and "Invitation to the Sea" in 1978. As a composer and arranger, he has composed themes and theme songs for movies and TV dramas. He has also produced, conducted, and directed theater music for musicals and plays. He has served as a judge for the Yamano Big Band Jazz Contest for 35 years, and has had close contact with student and adult bands.

She has been broadcasting a radio program "Emi-chan/Kami-chan no Pimpin Korori" on IBC Iwate Broadcasting System from 5:00 p.m. every week (Sat.) since April this year.
