Bon mu's chiffon cakes are made with eggs that make a "sizzling" sound when you tear them apart, and are surprisingly fluffy and moist. The secret of the delicious taste that overturns the image of conventional chiffon cakes lies in the use of "fertilized eggs," eggs that can be used as chicks, born from hens that are kept in a stress-free environment. The cake is made without using baking powder, and is inflated only with the power of the egg whites. When you tear them close to your ear, you can feel a small "sizzle".
