Japanese Restaurant in Akune City, Kagoshima Prefecture, to Take on the Challenge of Cooking on the Road Crowdfunding until June 30

Iso-no-Aji Kuronosedo, Ltd. is crowdfunding on CAMPFIRE until June 30, 2024 for Japanese Cuisine Matsuki, which offers seafood cuisine with a focus on natural fish and local ingredients in Akune, Kagoshima Prefecture, to try its hand at business trip cooking.

Japanese Cuisine Matsuki, where you can enjoy dishes prepared in front of you while telling the story of local ingredients and enjoying the spectacular view of Kagoshima, will start a new challenge as a traveling chef of natural live fish.

The owner and chef, Yosuke Matsuki, has reached his 50th birthday, and he is challenging crowdfunding for this purpose, thinking that he can further spread the goodness of Akune's fish by using the culinary skills and knowledge he has cultivated and personally visiting the restaurant to serve sashimi for those who cannot visit the restaurant. We are challenging crowdfunding for this purpose.

I have been traveling to Tokyo, Kamakura, and local glamping facilities, etc., and these trips have given me the opportunity to learn about new ingredients, seasonings, other chefs, etc. Even though I am 50 years old, I can still improve my skills.
