Midoriya Pharmacy LLC (Location: Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan; Representative Employee: Masayuki Shimizu) is pleased to announce that it will provide its "Doping Guardian" to anti-doping classes conducted in elementary schools in Indonesia. This project is being conducted in collaboration with Osaka Sangyo University and is being funded through crowdfunding by students. The class is scheduled to take place in early September 2024.

■Project Overview

This project is conducted in collaboration with the Faculty of Sports and Health at Osaka Sangyo University, and aims to provide anti-doping education to children in Indonesia. Students will plan the project themselves and raise funds through crowdfunding to realize the local classes.

Role of the Doping Guardian

Doping Guardian is a card game developed by a sports pharmacist specializing in anti-doping education. It was developed to help children understand the risks of doping and to acquire knowledge to maintain the integrity of sports. It will be used as an interactive teaching tool in this class and is designed to be fun and educational for children.

■Collaborative project with Osaka Sangyo University

Osaka Sangyo University students will actually conduct classes at a local elementary school to spread the importance of anti-doping education. This project provides a valuable opportunity for the students to give back to society what they have learned, as well as an experience that broadens their international perspective. Representative employee and JADA-certified sports pharmacist Masayuki Shimizu will also accompany the students to the site and provide direct support for the classes.
