Watermelon Taste in Coffee! Limited quantities of "Watermelon Coffee" available only in summer!

Yamatoya Corporation (President: Satoshi Hirayu), a coffee manufacturer, wholesaler, and retailer in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, will begin selling "Watermelon Coffee" in limited quantities at Daiwaya stores and online stores on July 5, 2024.

This "infused coffee(*)" is made by slowly fermenting selected green coffee beans from Colombia with watermelon juice and yeast for 100 hours. It is an unusual coffee with the aroma and taste of watermelon, and is only available in summer.

A coffee that has been infused with non-coffee flavors such as fruits, spices, herbs, and liqueurs to bring out its own unique flavor.
