Denshi Gihan Co. (Location: Suita-shi, Osaka; CEO: Hiroki Kitayama) will release "FLASH Substrate Art 15 Pro Case, 15 Pro Max Case, and IC Card Case" of RX-93ff Nu Gundam and MSN-04FF Sotheby's from its "FLASH Series" of substrate art goods using its PCB design and manufacturing technology, equipment, and design capabilities. Pro Max case and IC card case" will be available at moeco's direct sales stores and retailers from July 11, 2024 (Thursday). The main feature of the "FLASH series" is not only the intricate design of the circuit board, but also the circuit that allows LEDs to light up via radio waves. The circuit that makes LEDs glow with radio waves is patented in 2020 (patent number 6667777).

Product Features
This is a product seriously made by PCB professionals. Designed with CAD for printed circuit boards and mounted (soldered) with electronic components on a real circuit board. We design the CAD in-house and mount the components on the surface mounting line at our main factory, which is used for our main business. The board CAD that designs the board is not design software, so lines are drawn one by one with the mouse. The wiring pattern is precisely designed with 0.1mm in fine lines. The substrate is gold-plated. After mounting electronic components, they are coated one by one by hand in a clean room (class 1000) to protect the mounted components until the resin is full of surface tension by human hands and vacuum heated. Then, air bubbles and dust on the resin surface are removed by hand. Designed and manufactured in Japan, all products are RoHS compliant (lead-free). Gift box packaging is available as a present.
＜Why does "FLASH iPhone case" shine? > "FLASH
The LEDs glow by converting the radio waves emitted by the iPhone itself into electricity and boosting the voltage. The LEDs do not glow during normal operation, but glow randomly when the iPhone emits strong radio waves. The glowing mechanism is that the antenna circuit on the back side of the board catches strong radio waves emitted by the iPhone and circulates them to the front side of the board. There is only one LED. The circuit that makes the LEDs glow with radio waves was patented in 2020 (patent number 6667777).

MSN-04FF Sotheby's Board Art Design iPhone Case
FLASH "MSN-04FF Sotheby's" Substrate Art iPhone Case is a detailed design of the "MSN-04FF Sotheby's" with double horn funnels that appears in a special video presentation of the life-size Nu Gundam standing statue. On the background, the side surface of "MSN-04FF Sotheby's" is designed with white ink for PCB. Two colors of resist ink (red and black) are used, which is rare for printed circuit boards.
The LED mounted on the Neo Zeon mark glows without batteries. A total of 27 electronic components are mounted, including a 2mm red LED on the neoZion mark.

■Substrate Art IC Card Case
<FLASH IC Card Case> makes commuting to work and school more fun.
It comes with a gimmick of LED light that glows without batteries when you touch a ticket gate or pay with an IC card (*1). The IC card case is made of 100% PCB, and three types of PCBs (front, middle, and back) are press-glued together to make the case. The printed circuit board is made of FR-4 (glass fiber cloth + epoxy), a light and strong material used in automotive circuit boards and industrial equipment. The key chain is included under the IC card case inside the gift box.
*1: There are variations in the position of the chip and circuitry built into the IC card. If the response is poor, please try the IC card front and back, top and bottom.
*2: The amount of light may be lower than at ticket gates.
