Ooko Seiki Co. (Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture; President: Hideko Ohko), a gauge manufacturer with 90 years of experience in the industry, has begun offering a new precision grinding service called PGW (Precision Grinding Warranty Service) with an accuracy guarantee.

Since we have received requests from user companies that they would like us to provide the same level of accuracy guarantee for contracted parts as for gauges, we have decided to start accepting orders in earnest as a gauge manufacturer's unique service that not only performs precision grinding but also guarantees the accuracy of such parts.

This service includes inspection of all gauges and delivery with "Inspection Report," "Calibration Certificate," and "Traceability System Chart.

Machining accuracy is 1μm roundness, 1μm coaxiality, 1μm flatness, ±1μm parallelism, and a wide range of materials such as SS, SK3, SUS, pure titanium, 64-titanium, Inconel, and Hastelloy.

We can handle orders for single items and prototypes as well as mass production of up to 5,000 pieces per month.
