Zusi Dance Studio Ales(逗子ダンススタジオアレス)

Zusi Dance Studio Ales (Zushi, Kanagawa Prefecture; CEO: Sayaka Sekino), which has operated THE STAGE in Zushi City, Kanagawa Prefecture since 2007, is now accepting applications from the general public for five categories of the YOKOHAMA Arts Show Collection Vol. 1" on Sunday, October 13, 2024.

Our studio is training artist-performers to create a new genre of artistic works (images and videos) called "Dance ARTS," which is a fusion of dance and art, expressing traditional Japanese kimono culture and modern dance in color, stillness, and movement.

Bringing Japanese Culture to the World

YOKOHAMA Arts Show Collection Vol.1" is the first stage of the collection to be held this year to convey the wonder of Japanese culture to people overseas.

This is a new genre of fashion show that combines music, dance, and a walking show. The stage will be held as a festival of the new era of art, where artists of various forms collaborate to create more ways of expression, and as a gateway to success for promising artists and creators, providing them with opportunities to expand their careers.

We are looking for people who are interested in Japanese culture, who would like to try on creative Japanese costumes, who would like to stand on a big stage as a model, who would like to be scouted as a model in the future, and so on.

Kimono Collection and Dress Designer Collection

We are looking for models in the following 5 styles

(1)Flower Art Headdress (Brand: HIKO x fian): 10 people wanted

(2)Sumi-e Japanese ink painting (brand: Miyuki): 15 applicants

(3)Painted Japanese creative remake costume (Designer: Minami Fukumoto): 3 applicants

(4)Obi boots (Brand: "Wao bi (beauty)"): 5 applicants

(3)Kimono runway (Brand: Headdress Fabulous): 10 applicants

Date : October 13, 2024 (Sun.) at Benihazaka Hall in Yokohama

Doors open : 16:30 Concert begins at 17:00 (Concert ends at 19:30)

Participation fee: Entry 25,000 yen (including 4 tickets)

* Two or three lessons will be given separately. (Separate: expenses)

In (2) collection, you can perform only on the day of the performance.

35 years of dance experience, 20 years of teaching experience

She has a background of being the best baton twirler in Japan, and after switching to dance to utilize her special skills, she pursued performance with the motto, "Make what you love into a job! She pursues performance with the motto, "Make love into a career! She has taught performances to more than 2,000 students of all ages, from infants to those in their 70s. He has become an instructor that students from all over the country come to seek his guidance.

As a stage and choreography director, he is in charge of stages for all kinds of shows, and also plans his own stage performances. He also specializes in creative performances in Japanese costumes using sword fighting, Japanese umbrella, fan, etc., and is currently working to convey Japanese culture to the rest of the world.
