Features
*Bakery café with a focus on craftsmanship.
Opened in July 2014. Offering single-origin coffee brewed by baristas using an Italian-made coffee machine, along with freshly baked bread made in a glass-walled workshop attached to the store. The bread is mainly croissants and sourdough bread made with home-brewed fermented seeds and domestic wheat.
*Planning to install a new coffee machine and a small renovation of the kitchen to match the equipment.
Due to an increase in the number of overseas and neighborhood customers and the aging of the coffee machine, it currently takes a long time to serve coffee, making customers wait during busy times. By replacing the coffee machine with a more powerful one, we aim to eliminate machine trouble, shorten serving time, develop a new drink menu, and provide more comfortable service to our customers.
The joy of spending time by the riverside in the heart of the city. We want to create a new third place in the city.
The most popular place is the terrace facing the Kamejima River. The small river, one kilometer long, was a moat in the Edo period and is now protected by a sluice gate. The ultimate goal of the project is to bring the richness of time spent by the water to as many people as possible. Currently, the "Kawaterasu Social Experiment Concept" is being planned for the use of the Kamejima River waterfront, using the terrace of a store.
