In June 2024, the company obtained Halal certification for its main products in order to better meet the increasing individual needs for food. Our products are enjoyed by customers from all over the world, including health-conscious people, embassies, and state guests.

The vegan chocolate cake with a beautiful miloire, synonymous with ＂the vegan marshmallooow＂, has acquired Halal certification and has been renewed to be free of Western alcohol.

Soft and moist cocoa sponge sandwiched with soy milk chocolate cream ganache. It is rich in flavor, yet light in texture after eating.

Vegan Cheesecake Gluten Free

Vegan Cheesecake Gluten Free" (whole cake available, Halal certified)

The rich and creamy cheese-like flavor is produced by traditional Japanese fermented foods such as rice malt and white miso. The crispy bottom crust is made of rice flour and almond pudding. The result is a vegan yet rich cheesecake.

Refreshing with a homemade compote of seasonal citrus fruits. Currently, we use rare domestic Valencia oranges.

Fruit sauce can be added as an option.
