■Background

About 4 years ago, we rescued a stray kitten and raised it with great care. However, she was diagnosed with an intractable disease. The name of the disease is feline infectious peritonitis (FIP). It is a scary disease that has a very high probability of causing death if it develops. However, I knew that there was a possibility of treatment with a certain medicine, and I was clinging to straws to find a hospital that could treat this disease. I found only one hospital in the prefecture, and I decided to start treatment there.

The treatment for this disease requires 84 days. However, when we checked the test results after the 84-day period, we found that the disease was not yet completely cured and the treatment would continue. The treatment for this disease requires the use of unapproved drugs, which is expensive. We have been promoting treatment at our own expense, but we have reached our limit. That is why we have started a crowdfunding campaign to ask for your support.

By creating a world without unfortunate animals, we aim to realize a brighter and kinder society where people can also be happy.
