FASTSUBMIT Information

New "Screening Workflow" Feature

Until now, FASTSUBMIT required a separate workflow using a communication application for reviewing and confirming applications after receiving them. This made it difficult to consolidate and manage information in a series of workflows, and also made it time-consuming to understand the review status of each application.

The newly added "Screening Workflow" function provides an interface for multiple reviewers to conduct screening after receiving an application, and notifies the status of screening according to the screening flow and reports the final screening results.

In addition to the workflow function according to the progress of screening, it is also possible to consolidate the status of screening for each application, which is expected to be used, for example, in applications for municipal grants and open calls for applications, and in campaign applications at companies.

Complete Security

FASTSUBMIT uses Cybozu's "kintone" for its database and Sakura Internet's "Sakura Cloud" for its server. Both services have obtained ISMAP certification (a security evaluation system for government information systems), which enables us to provide complete security. Both services also support web accessibility, and are JIS X 8341-3:2016 Level AA compliant web systems.

Necessary functions are provided as standard equipment.

The system is equipped with functions required for various application reception tasks as standard. The "My Page" function allows users to re-edit their applications or to submit applications with missing information, and the "Automatic Review" function automatically reviews applications according to the specified review criteria and items.

FASTSUBMIT can be operated directly from the front-end program through the API.
